Livingstone Pinnock, President
Mr. Pinnock started his career in domino as a Public Relations Officer for the Jamaica Domino League in
1990. He became President within two years and served
faithfully for an additional five years. While serving as
President he implemented positive changes such as the
creation of a national team which enabled competitions with
other countries. During his tenure, Mr. Pinnock strived always for excellence and to maintain long term sponsorships with all partners and league associates.
Phillip Mitchell, Vice President

Phillip is a Computer Specialist who has submerged himself in the sport of domino. As a domino promoter he is very knowledge of the the game globally. His belief is that domino can and should be use as a mental exercise to improve our ability to remember and reason logically. Phillip is a founding member of Canada Domino League and has represented Canada internationally on numerous occasions (twice against Jamaica, twice against England and five times against the United States.) He has contributed as an executive in numerous sports and cultural organizations which includes but not limited to Assist.ant Secretary and Vice President of Sunrise Sports Club in Montreal in 1987 and President of Supreme Sports and Cultural Club in Toronto from 2005 and 2006.
Donovan Bailey, Treasurer
Donovan has over twenty years experience in the field of Accounting and Finance. A student and player of the game of domino and a strong believer in the mission that the ICD have set out to accomplish, Donovan is plays a key role in ensuring the fiscal accountability of the organization.
